Should Cows be Bred Before 50 DIM?

Below is a table that shows  first service conception in comparison to Days in Milk at First Breeding for 9 Herds. The 9 herds selected were farms that bred 5% or more of there total services before 50 Days in Milk.  After looking through just the conception results, does breeding before 50 DIM make sense?
